Frank Ganter was recognized as this year’s outstanding graduate apprentice and has expressed interest in becoming part of the JATC staff by participating in the substitute on call list.

The JATC applauds their efforts and looks forward to more classes of their caliber.

Notified Meeting

Please be advised our next scheduled union meeting June 3rd, 2010 will be notified.

This meeting is regarding our contract for 06.01.2010

   We have been negotiating with our contractors trying to reach an agreement as our contract is due to expire on May 31^st 2010, we are currently at a stalemate in negotiations, as many of you know whom attended the last
union meeting, I am very optimistic that we will come to an agreement with our contactors. Our next negotiations is scheduled for May 25th 2010.  Hopefully we will be able to bring a fair agreement before the body at our June 3^rd union meeting for ratification.  As I am sure you are all aware, given the current state of our economy, this is a very difficult time for negotiations so our negotiating team is working hard on your behalf trying to reach a responsible  settlement with our contractors.
